Thomas Zippert is the Co-Founder and Senior Consultant of RENAOS, bringing over four decades of expertise in roofing, façade engineering, and architectural envelope systems. Educated and trained in Germany, he has led landmark projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia, consistently demonstrating exceptional precision, design integrity, and technical excellence.
From the Ferrari Experience in Abu Dhabi to the New Safe Confinement in Chernobyl, Thomas has played a key role in delivering some of the world’s most complex architectural structures. His work is characterized by innovation, uncompromising quality, and meticulous attention to detail.

Bilal Egemen Çetintaş is the Co-Founder and General Manager of RENAOS, where he combines his engineering expertise with a deep passion for design and innovation. With more than 12 years of experience managing large-scale residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Türkiye, Germany, and Africa, he has played key roles in internationally recognized developments — including serving as Roofing Site Manager for the Istanbul Grand Airport (İGA) Project, one of the world’s largest roofing and façade applications.
Guided by a dual foundation in Civil and Management Engineering degrees, he is dedicated to delivering tailor-made solutions that exceed client expectations, building long-term relationships rooted in trust and quality, and leading projects that make a lasting impact — both technically and visually.
